Bio: Sylyna Kennedy has lived in East Texas all her life.  She received her RN and ADN at Tyler Junior College, then went on to earn her BSN at Texas Tech.  She completed her education at The University of Cincinnati, where she received a master’s degree in nursing, becoming a nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner.  After 30 years as a midwife, she feels midwifery is a calling, not just a job.  Ms. Kennedy loves providing encouragement, support and education to women.
